Description110126-A-XA675-014 (5428918977).jpg	SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A view of a workstation in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District’s new emergency operations center, housed at its headquarters building here. The new EOC was showcased to district employees during an open house event Jan. 26. Comprised of 14 workstations - including a command workstation; six permanent staff workstations and the chief office; a conference room with video teleconferencing capabilities and six television sets monitoring weather, flood, hurricane, fire and earthquake websites, and news stations - the new EOC was designed to support the district’s around-the-clock response to disasters.
