The Brown Spotted Rabbitfish (Siganus laqueus), also known as the Star-Spotted or Honeycomb Rabbitfish, can be found among shallow reefs of the Indo-Pacific Ocean. They have a beige body, stippled with small black spots and a bright yellow caudal fin. The superior section of their head fades to an orange, which follows to their dorsal fin. They reach a maximum size of 12 inches and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 150 gallons. They are reef safe, though should be kept with other fish of similar temperament.
